這種情況，究竟是誰對誰錯呢？有網友上網爆料指稱，一名自稱是「出道藝人」的網美，日前預約了本月12日上午8點30分，要在某家醫美診所進行隆乳手術，前一天診所的老闆娘親自和她確認，都還沒問題，不料到了手術當天上午7點，該名網美卻突然傳LINE說要取消。
根據網友PO在臉書社團《爆料公社》中的LINE對話截圖可見，網美表示之所以想要取消手術，是因為男友和她分手，不給她錢做手術，所以手術費用只能改由她媽媽來支付，但是她媽媽又不同意她隆乳，所以只好取消。這個理也讓診所老闆娘感到超無言。
網友的爆料指出，老闆娘當下跟該名網美表示，如果不做隆乳，可以扣除手續費後，把費用轉為做其他的醫美項目，但無法全額退費，因為這麼臨時取消，但為了手術診所方面已進行了許多相關醫療準備；然而該名網美卻堅持要全退，「女客人跟消基會說，她只是網美代言人，當初只是要合作美容療程這樣而已，說她是被騙的！一直炫耀說自己是出道線上藝人有的沒的...」
其他網友看了以後，紛紛回應表示，「真的是出道藝人？好想知道是誰...」、「網美？真的那麼美？」、「既然那麼美還要隆乳喔？」、「臨時取消本來就該付相關費用，退什麼費？」、「要男友付錢又要媽媽付錢，為何不自己付？」
